Short Curriculum Vitae Of Professional Staff:

Gerhard Lourens Sr: [B.Iuris Unisa] was admitted as an attorney on 20 May 1974. He practiced in Nelspruit for the past 40 years and before joining our firm was the Managing Director of Kruger-Lourens Inc. Mr. Lourens is the most experienced senior attorney in The Lowveld with reference to property development, drafting and commercial work. He has a vast spectrum of clients ranging from corporate to agricultural environments. He is currently in full time employment of the firm as professional consultant.

Gerhard Lourens Jnr: [B.Comm, B.Proc UP] was admitted on 2 July 1998 as Attorney and as a Conveyancer on 26 September 2005. He matriculated in Nelspruit and gained experience in the Deeds Office of Pretoria as an article clerk for MacRobert Inc. Mr. Lourens has since specialized in the registration of all types of transfers and bonds which includes: commercial property, residential property, industrial property and movable property (including airplanes). He has an extensive client base, which includes developers, bankers, insurance and investment advisors and commercial and corporate clients.

Donny Doncaster [LL.B Unisa] was admitted as an attorney in 2015. He currently manages our litigation department. He also qualified as a Conveyancer and works as a Professional assistant of Gerhard Lourens Inc.

Lani Lourens (B.Comm LL.B) was admitted as an attorney in 1999. She left the practice in 2005 to pursue a career in banking. She worked as a Private Banker for Investec and later for FNB Private Clients. She re-joined the practice in 2015 and serves as a professional assistant, managing the office and is also our bookkeeper and public relations officer.
